What this deal says about the market

This deal reflects the growing demand for integrated capabilities across the life sciences services sector. As EU Joint Clinical Assessment (JCA), evolving Health Technology Assessment (HTA) frameworks and Most Favoured Nation (MFN) pricing create greater complexity for pharmaceutical and biotech clients, the value of businesses that can combine rigorous scientific modelling with strategic market access expertise continues to grow. Businesses with proprietary technology, reproducible methodologies and deep client relationships in complex disease areas represent an increasingly attractive proposition for acquirers and investors building out end-to-end platforms in this space.
