Tura Advisory was founded by entrepreneurs with first-hand experience of building and selling their own companies. United by a shared ambition, they set out to create an advisory firm defined by clarity, integrity, and genuine partnership.

Founder Insight
After building and selling his digital transformation consultancy in 2019, Tom began exploring new ways to bring founder experience into M&A advisory. A conversation in London with Bruce sparked the idea of a firm led by people who’d built businesses themselves. Tom’s entrepreneurial perspective continues to shape Tura’s grounded, partnership-first approach to growth and value creation.

Corporate Strategy
Bruce spent years advising founders and corporate leaders on mergers and acquisitions. In 2021, while at his previous firm, he was appointed to advise Steve and Mike on the sale of their business, Unifii. That collaboration revealed a shared mindset — entrepreneurial yet strategic — and laid the foundation for what would later become Tura Advisory.

Growth Execution
Steve and Mike co-founded Unifii, growing it from an independent consultancy into a leading ServiceNow partner. After successfully selling the company in 2023, they began their earn-out period and soon reconnected with Bruce and Tom. United by shared experience on both sides of a transaction, they saw the opportunity to build a new kind of advisory firm — one shaped by real founder journeys.

What began as three distinct journeys now stands as one shared enterprise.
