Deal Announcement: Tura Advises Waivgen on joining Synechron

LONDON – Oct. 2, 2025

Tura Advisory is pleased to announce that it acted as exclusive corporate finance advisor to Waivgen, a leading ServiceNow and Appian partner, on joining Synechron, a global digital transformation consulting firm.

The deal forms part of Synechron bringing together three firms - RapDev, Calitii, and Waivgen, creating the largest global ServiceNow practice focused on the banking and financial services sector.

Founded by Arjun Devadas and Rhys Jones, Waivgen has established itself as a trusted implementation partner across ServiceNow and Appian platforms, with deep expertise in delivering complex workflow solutions for large-scale financial services clients. The firm has also invested significantly in applied AI, developing an extensive library of BFSI-focused agents to accelerate adoption of AI-powered automation.

"The Tura team have been exceptional. From start to finish, Bruce and his team guided us through a complex transaction with professionalism, pragmatism, and a personal touch that made all the difference.

Their leadership and clear advice gave us confidence at every stage, and their steady support was always reassuring. Especially Rachana, whose dedication stood out - she took calls at all hours to keep us on track and brought the same energy and commitment we see from our very best people.

What impressed us most was how Tura balanced deal execution with genuine care for our business and our team. They made a challenging process feel manageable, and the outcome speaks for itself. We’re proud to have been Tura’s first completed deal and are very happy to be a reference for them in the future."

This deal underscores the ongoing demand for high-quality digital consulting firms and the premium placed on proven domain expertise in financial services technology.”

The joining of the firms highlights continued consolidation in the IT consulting and implementation space, as strategic buyers and investors seek to scale specialist capabilities in ServiceNow, Appian, and adjacent enterprise platforms.

This deal demonstrates Tura Advisory’s deep expertise in advising technology-focused professional services firms, with a strong track record of helping founders and management teams achieve successful outcomes in high-value, cross-border M&A processes.
